Ambiance has been my dream since I left for culinary school in 1995. A love for food, spirits, events and a good time fueled the passion to create this company.
Culinary school was a whirlwind of pâté choux and custards, coq au vin and consommé, but something always pulled me back to planning events. My love and understanding of food and attention to every detail makes me a special breed of event planner.
